July 4-7: Nelson House Wellness Centre, 14 Bay Road, Nelson House

July 5-7: Emerson Health Centre, 26 Main Street, Emerson

July 11-12: Lynn Lake Hospital, 640 Camp Street, Lynn Lake

July 13-14: Leaf Rapids Health Centre, 1 Mooswu Road Town Centre, Leaf Rapids

July 18-20: Snow Lake Health Centre, 100 Lakeshore Drive, Snow Lake

July 19-21: Mount Carmel Clinic, 886 Main Street, Winnipeg

July 21-28: Flin Flon Primary Health Care Centre, 1 North Avenue, Flin Flon
